ORC's experience in the public sector extends to city, county and municipal governments, public utilities, public healthcare services and transportation agencies. We have conducted studies for more than 200 public agencies in the United States on a range of issues including transportation, land use planning, public service use and satisfaction, recreation and safety, and the relationships that exist between these areas. Our research expertise spans such areas as customer behavior, customer and citizen satisfaction, attitudes and perceptions towards public agencies, strategic visioning, internal and external organizational assessment, concept and idea testing, and budgeting and resource allocations.
